This project was built from a visual essay. We acted as the copywriter, illustrator, and hand-letterer from concept to

completion. Our goal was to create a slightly pointed, yet relatable comic to reach an audience that understands the toils of retail. We hope this can be used as an outlet. Those who can relate to this story can now feel validated and heard. And, hopefully, humor us with a smile.
