Role: Organized and designed researched information based on personal experience from internship.

Objective: To formulate a guide to be offered to new hires to help them learn the lingo of the telecommunications
industry. To make the guide approachable, easy to read, and allow for additions as needed.

Results: A useful piece of work to help those that struggle to learn the industry.
